Mental Problems among University Students.

              The statistics of university students being admitted to Hospital Bahagia, Tanjung Rambutan, Perak has risen to 95%, in year 2012. The symptoms that occur before mental break down includes insomnia, talking to oneself, easily get offended and be self-abased. The following paragraphs illustrate ways to overcome the problem as instances do not keep to oneself, focus on studies and maintain healthy lifestyle.

              First and foremost, to solve the problem, one must not keep to himself when facing challenges and difficulties. It is important that one must learn to confess his or her feelings to the councelor and try to seek for advice. It is normal that one feel shy to spit everything out at a teacher so he or she may take another way to solve the problems. One can have a heart-to-heart talk with families and bossom friends. The problem can be convert in written form or in music form as long as the problem is not kept to oneself. One can confess the problems to their respective religion missioners as such as the priest, mont-nun or even 'ustaz'.

              In order to overcome pre-mental problem, an university student must focus in his studies to obtain favourable results. In this way, students will not get pressured in academics. A responsible student must plan a timetable so that his time can be manage well and wisely. The utmost important that matters a student is not to burn midnight oil and study during the last minute when examination is just around the corner. Students must instill a behaviour of determination and not to give up easily during the period. A smart student will also find a way to form a small study group to discuss and handle the problems in a good way. Searching for help from a tutor is not a bad way to improve results and releases examination tension too.

               Last but not least, a well-rounded university student must maintain healthy lifestyle too. A balanced meal is very important for a student to start a day with full energy. Balanced meal must be consist of essential vitamins and minerals from meats and vegetables, fruits which provide vitamins C. A student must constantly exercise so that one's body will be healthy and be as fit as a fiddle. In order to maintain good health, one must involve in co-curriculum activities and not only lock oneself in the room and study all day. A student must manage well communication with the society and it all begins with friends first. Appropriate peer circle can help a student to release stress and real friends definitely could lend you a helping hands when you are in trouble.

               In conclusion, an university student must not keep to oneself, pays full attention academically and performs healthy lifestyle in order to overcome mental problem. The mental problem among university student must be solved to produce excellent future leader in our country.
