Rosmah Mansor as the new chancellor of UTP
Tronoh, 2nd of October 2012. After
the Convocation Fair in UTP recently, Dr. Mahathir Mohamad had made the
decision to step down as the chancellor of UTP and his replacement was Datuk
Seri Rosmah Mansor. The witness of this historic event was non-other than the
head of UTP Student’s Council, Wan Ibrahim. All of UTP officers gathered at the
Chancellor Hall yesterday’s evening to commerate the arrival of Datuk Seri
Rosmah Mansor as the new chancellor.
As the new chancellor of UTP and with
much power handed to Datuk Seri Rosmah Mansor, it is hope that she can bring
much invention to propel UTP into higher heights, to make UTP as the best
university in Malaysia. After all, changes always lead to new things.
