                                                   Ways Solving Flash Flood In UTP

           Nurul Najwa was a Chemical Engineer Foundation Student who had drowned when the terrible flash flood happened two weeks ago in UTP. It had been reported that almost 2 millions people in the world had died during the flash flood in the past 2 weeks. Taking clean water ,keep staying safe in the room and improving the drainage system are the best ways to solve flash floods problems.
          There are some important steps to solve flash flood problems in UTP which one of them is taking clean water. One of the example is  taking or drinking water only from the trusted UTP authorities. Besides, the students should also directly boiling the water after taking it from the pipe to prevent from the harmful microorganisms and bacteria. Buying the clean water from Dr. Sukida water filter system is one of the alternative way to get safe water.
       Secondly, staying in the safe places like main hall, tutorial rooms  and Chancellor Hall is also the other way on how to solve flash flood.  This is done to ensure the students and the people around do not play or go near the flood to prevent any accident happen in future. Moreover, they are advised not to play or use any electrical devices such as television or refrigerator during the flash flood to prevent short circuit. To prevent any drowning cases happened in UTP, staying in the safe places is the right thing to do whenever natural disaster happen in UTP.
              The other way to solve this problem is by improving or repairing the drainage system in UTP. This helps to reduce the rising water level when the flash flood happens here. This can be done by widening or increasing the size of drain to let more water flow in it rather than in the road. Thus, this help to reduce the possibility of flash flood happen in UTP.
              To summarize all, there are many steps to solve flash flood happens in UTP which are improving the drainage system, taking clean water and staying in the safe places.
