Illiteracy Among Children Around The Globe
As reported from the University of Sydney, the rate of illiteracy around the world is 49.95% and the question is, what are the causes of illiteracy among the children? Referring to the Oxford's dictionary, illiteracy can be defined as inability of a person in reading, writing or in understanding what they had learnt. This problem had raised because the children are lack of education, they are facing health problems and they are having family's financial problems.
