Gang of Ten Smash up UTP's cafe

Tronoh, 1st December 2011- A gang of ten men were seen to be vandalising Paprika Cafe in UTP, a well known engineering and technology university in Malaysia, and threatened the owner of the cafe, Mr. Alan with a knife. Some of the students who were in the cafe that time were chased out by the men. " The security guard arrived ten minutes later and just tell them to leave", according to the eyewitness, Domingos, 22 who was at the scene. Domingos then followed the gang's car from behind.

Things did not turn out the way Domingos predicted, suprisingly the security guards did not take any further actions towards the men instead they just returned the men's ID card and had some good laughs. Domingos suspected that the guards know the gang members. A report was lodged immediately to UTP's Head of Security Department officer, Mr Jamil Mokhtar. The officer said they will reinforce new discipline rules upon this issue in hopes that this incident will not occur again.
